Good Day Farm Little Rock (Chenal Pkwy)

Store was very well set up. Nice display for flower. Service wasn’t spectacular but wasn’t bad. Flower pricing for a product over 8 months old was disappointing but it wasn’t a bad product. Was definitely way overcharged In my opinion.

The budtenders are lively, talkative full of energy! They’re extremely helpful. My budtender, Sydney, was so kind and patient with me despite it being my first time in Good Day Farm. Good Day knows how to pick their employees. 😋

Staff members like Lindsey are the reason I come back to this store time and again. She was knowledgeable and helped me to figure out a few different options to help with my back issues. She asked me great questions and really listened to my issues. Fantastic staff and customer service. Smooth transactions and digital menus. So easy!!!

I visited Good Day Farm today for the first time. As a senior citizen with a reasonable understanding of cannabis and specific interests, I appreciated that the store is well laid out and includes a good amount of educational material. However, I was disappointed with the customer guidance. I specifically asked for someone with deep product knowledge who could help me select products based on my goals, but I was simply directed to the first available employee. The staff members I interacted with were polite, but they seemed more focused on taking orders than providing personalized recommendations. For a medical marijuana dispensary, I expected more expertise, especially when working with older patients who may have health considerations, medications, and specific questions about desired effects. I left feeling that I was largely on my own to research products and make decisions. The facility itself is attractive and well organized, but if you are looking for detailed, experienced guidance, I would recommend doing your homework beforehand rather than expecting extensive consultation in the store.

First day with my Arkansas card! Tiffanie was awesome she made me feel super comfortable, never rushed, knowledgeable. I feel like I got a free cannabis seminar Ted Talk and a mental health therapy session with a dash of life lessons self- help guidance. I mean, you can order online or use the kiosk and be in and out, but today I needed a little extra love and she was warmly attentive and the perfect beacon of guiding light. They have 2 LR locations and a royalty program to earn points. Check out specials online. Cheers to wellness xx
